Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., tea, food products, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards & downloadable software products.
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., used smoking accessories).

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • A book with obvious signs of use.
  • A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
